1. Introduction

HD Kinconce (“HD Kinconce”, “the Game”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an ocean-themed social simulation game created solely for entertainment. The Game does not provide any form of real-money gambling, real-world prizes or opportunities to win items of monetary value.

By accessing or using HD Kinconce (“you”, “User”, “Player”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Game and related services immediately.

4. Virtual Items

While playing HD Kinconce, you may obtain virtual items such as “Stars”, “Levels”, “Stickers”, “Cosmetic Items” or other decorative assets (collectively, “Virtual Items”). These Virtual Items:

• do not represent currency of any kind;
• cannot be exchanged for money, goods, vouchers, cryptocurrency or any financial benefit;
• cannot be transferred, traded or sold to other players;
• cannot be converted into real-world value under any circumstances.

You acknowledge that all Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the Game and are not owned by you. We may modify, limit or remove Virtual Items at any time as part of normal operation, game balancing or maintenance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using HD Kinconce, you agree that you will not:

• use the Game or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• attempt to manipulate, interfere with or exploit the Game’s mechanics or systems;
• use bots, scripts, cheats, automation tools or similar methods to gain unfair advantages;
• misrepresent your age, identity or jurisdiction;
• use the Game for commercial, promotional, gambling-related or advertising purposes;
• engage in behavior that is abusive, harmful, harassing or otherwise violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to HD Kinconce for any User who violates these Terms or misuses the Game.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of HD Kinconce, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Game or these Terms is to stop using HD Kinconce and discontinue access to our services.
